• When we accept the entrusting party's entrustment or quotation negotiation, we need to list the project fee details in detail. The client shall confirm the project and quotation in writing before the sample commissioning test.

• Unless a shorter period has been agreed in the invoice,Client shall promptly pay all fees not later than 30 days from the relevant invoice date or within such other period as may be agreed in the invoice.If otherwise contact is established between the company and Client,then client shall pay the fees according to the contract.

• In the event any unforeseen problems or expenses arise in the course of carrying out the service the Company shall endeavor to inform Client and shall be entitled to charge additional fees to cover extra time and cost necessarily incurred to comlete the service.
